Introduction to Generative Somatics
Introduction to Generative Somatics is a 10 week course for practitioners interested in learning this methodology and deepening their skills in a small group setting. Limited to 8-10 participants per cohort, the small size of the group allows for a mixture of theory, discussion, and practice, as well as witnessing and feedback from the instructor.
The next cohort will meet Fridays 10am - 1pm March 14th, 2025 - May 16th, 2025, for a total of 10 weeks / 30 hours. Sessions will run online and in-person, at a location in East Vancouver.

Generative Somatics’ Theory of Change
Declarations
Embodied Consent
Blending with Safety Shape
Somatic Perception and Armouring Bands
Conflict as Generative
Lineage
Completions
During the 10 week course, participants will be supported to:
Deepen their own embodiment.
Practice and deepen their somatic perception.
Be introduced to or deepen their understanding of Generative Somatics’ Arc of Transformation and its relevance for healing and social change.
Witness and participate in demonstrations of somatic practices that forward healing and transformation along this arc; practice many of these with one another.
Have space to ask questions, and enjoy learning together.
Cost is $2100 per participant ($210 per 3 hour session).
